1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing the platform, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must have legal capacity to enter into the transaction; minors may use the platform only through a parent or legal guardian.

2. Marketplace and seller responsibilities

Souq Juman provides a multi-vendor marketplace. Products are offered and fulfilled by the independent seller identified on each product page and order. Each seller is responsible for its product descriptions, authenticity, safety, legality, stock, warranties and fulfilment. Souq Juman operates the platform, coordinates the order and payment experience, and may assist with disputes.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate, current information and update it when necessary.
• Keep login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.
• Do not impersonate another person, misuse the platform or create accounts for unlawful purposes.

4. Products, prices and availability

Prices are displayed in Bahraini dinar unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees and the final total are shown during checkout. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen. Placing an order is an offer to purchase and remains subject to payment confirmation, availability and seller acceptance. If an item cannot be supplied, the affected item or order may be cancelled and any amount collected for it will be refunded.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Tap Payments and its participating payment methods and financial institutions. Their additional terms and verification steps may apply. You authorise the collection of the displayed order total when submitting payment. We do not store complete payment-card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery is currently intended for addresses in Bahrain. Estimated times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by seller preparation, address accuracy, carrier operations and events outside reasonable control. A multi-store purchase may arrive in separate deliveries. You are responsible for providing a complete, reachable delivery address and phone number.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact Souq Juman promptly if you need to cancel an order or report a missing, damaged, defective, counterfeit or incorrectly described product. Eligibility depends on the order status, product nature, hygiene or safety considerations, the seller's disclosed policy and Bahrain's mandatory consumer-protection rights.

Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a refund is approved, it is normally returned through the original payment method. Processing time may depend on Tap Payments, the issuing bank or other payment provider.

8. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not disrupt the platform, bypass security, scrape it at scale, introduce harmful code, commit fraud or use it unlawfully. Souq Juman's branding, interface and original platform content are protected. Seller names, trademarks, product images and descriptions belong to their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.

9. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Bahrain law. To the extent permitted by law, Souq Juman is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, events outside reasonable control, or a seller's independent acts. These limitations do not affect statutory consumer rights.

10. Suspension, changes and governing law

We may restrict an account or order where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or a material breach of these terms. We may update these terms prospectively and will publish the latest date here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and disputes are subject to its competent courts unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
